Call Me Zepp

My first name means "gentle breeze," which basically describes what I'm like. Most people call me Zee or Zepp instead of Zephyr, though. I'm easygoing and usually pleasant. I love being a flower child and I adore rock musicians.
I guess I could go a little more in depth with my background. I grew up in a small town in Maryland with two younger brothers, Paul and Wade. My father left right after Wade was born, which left my mother to be a stressed out, single mom. She was verbally and sometimes physically abusive to my brothers and I, and it really took a toll on me. When I was 16, my friend, Shayne, and her family let me move in with them so I could finish high school. I felt horrible about leaving my siblings behind, so I'd go home to see them once a week or so. They really missed me, but I couldn't live with my mother. She was just a horrible person and I would have killed someone or even myself if I kept living there.
I graduated high school and worked at a diner as a waitress in the town over and sang at restaurants and such on the weekends. Life was pretty good, and I saw my brothers during the week. And over the past few years, my brother and I have slowly, but surely, mended the relationship we have with our father and we have become closer to him than we ever anticipated. But one thing I had always said, though, was that I was moving to New York when I turned 21. I wanted to go to the big city and be relieved of all of the stresses of being at home. So, I moved to NYC nearly a year after I turned 21. It's the best feeling I've ever experienced to be out of Maryland! I currently work at a modeling agency and live in a little apartment in the lower part of Manhattan with my fiance, Mark Vantotch. I'm a Pisces, My birthday is February 20th.
